Initial Appointment

I operate two separate therapeutic offerings under two distinct buisnesses:

Holistic & Wellness services (EFT, hypnotherapy, energy work) available via Online worldwide. These services are not provided under my Virginia counseling license.

I typically respond within 24–48 business hours to arrange your appointment and provide intake forms.

The initial session is a consultation. It gives you the opportunity to determine if you feel comfortable working together, while I assess your needs and therapeutic goals.

Confidentiality and Privacy

• Your privacy is my top priority. I follow professional and legal standards to protect your information.
• Session content is never shared without your written permission, except where legally required.
• Documentation about confidentiality will be provided and reviewed in your first session.

Communication

• Email is preferred for scheduling and billing.

• Response time: 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

• Session Content and discussions will not take place via email or text to protect confidentiality.

Session Length, and Cancellations

Sessions & Scheduling
• Standard session: 55 minutes
• Extended session: 75 minutes

Cancellations:
• Less than 24 hours’ notice = full session fee
• Monday sessions: cancel by Thursday evening or Friday morning

Session Fees

Attune to Yourself PLLC – Counseling and Psychotherapy (Virginia Residents Only)
• 55 minutes: $180
• 75 minutes: $220
• Payment is required prior to each session

• Insurance (Virginia Residents Only)

• In-network with select insurance plans
• You are responsible for co-pays/co-insurance after your deductible

• 55 minutes: $180
• 75 minutes: $220
• Payment is required prior to each session
• Offered worldwide and billed directly (not through insurance)
• Complementary to therapy, not a replacement.
